Strate stainless frying pans are ideal for searing meat, even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base. When its handle is removed, the Cristel stainless frying pan can be used as an oven dish, to make a vegetable tian for example. For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, the Strate non-stick frying pan is the most suitable. Strate frying pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.
