Located inside your propane locker, this solenoid valve functions as a safety and control device, allowing you to use an electric switch in your galley to shut off the flow of propane. It can be installed on either side of a regulator, depending on whether the fuel is propane (after) or CNG (before).

This solenoid valve has a 1/4" female NPT inlet, and a 1/4" male NPT outlet.
The kit includes a 3/8" male flare x 1/4" female NPT brass fitting (PF-5446) for the outlet side, for use when attaching a supply line hose with a common 3/8" female flare fitting going to your appliance.

Opens the flow of propane when powered and automatically closes with low or not current, for added safety
