These systems are commonly used to perform two functions onboard
Turn LP Gas On and Off from inside the galley.
Continuously monitor for the presence of LP Gas.

They automatically close the solenoid valve and activate audio and visual alarms if gas is detected at 10% or more of the lower explosion limit (LEL).

Both systems include a Control Panel, and a Marine UL Listed Detector (with its own red "On" light) with a 10 ft quick connect cable for the detector.
The #1300-7761-12V (shown) system includes a UL Listed low pressure 12V solenoid with 3/8" female NPT ports.
The #1300-7760 system does not include a solenoid, so the user may purchase one best suited for their LPG installation and system voltage.

The UL listed state-of-the-art surface mount control panel has three alarm zone indicators, green "On" light, red alarm lights, 95 dB audio alarm, and a mute/test button. The detector(s) is always on and monitoring even when gas control panel is off and the solenoid(s) is closed, and a gas leak will cause the panel alarm to sound. If gas is detected when the control panel is turned on, the solenoid(s) automatically closes and a red alarm light illuminates to show which detector has been activated.

Power consumption is less than 1 amp in all modes
