For various applications, we offer four pressure switches for use with Groco's Paragon Sr. (PSR) pumps.
Depending on how your pressure water system is plumbed, specific installation requirements for these pressure switches can be complex.

Note that in all current models of the Paragon Sr., the included pressure switch is remotely mounted on the "house" side of the pressure (accumulator) tank.

DC Powered PSR for Gas or Diesel Powered Vessels
Paragon Sr. DC pumps have a sealed, ignition-protected, non-adjustable pressure switch (IPS Models).
It is UL listed, CE recognized, and operates in the 30-50 psi pressure range.
Being ignition protected, these are appropriate for either gas or diesel powered vessels.
IPS switches are offered as the switch only (IPS-51), or as an assembly which includes a pressure guage, and a cross pipe fitting for connecting the switch and gauge to a pressure (accumulator) tank (IPS-50).

400 Series DC Powered PSR for Diesel Powered Vessels Only
The Paragon Sr. 400 Series DC pumps are controlled by a mechanical, industrial-grade, field adjustable pressure switch (69-A).
They are not UL listed, nor CE recognized, and for the Paragon Sr. are set for 30-50 psi.
They are only suitable for use aboard diesel powered vessels.

AC Powered for PSR Diesel Powered Vessels Only
AC models of the PSR are offered in 115V 60Hz, 230V 60Hz, and 230V 50Hz versions.
AC models include a mechanical, industrial-grade, field-adjustable pressure switch (69-WFC).
They are not UL listed, nor CE recognized, and for the Paragon Sr. are set for 30-50 psi.
They are only suitable for use aboard diesel powered vessels.
