The replacement fixture is a high quality marine-appropriate LED unit, with the same cutout size. The new unit has two mounting holes which, depending on how the original was installed, may match your existing hole pattern.
The LED fixture also requires much less depth than old Marinco, making it much easier to install.
For price, ease of installation, and features, this is the best replacement we have found.
