As you certainly know by now, there are very few anchor wheels that can handle a 5/8 inch axle and the few you can find in that size are expensive. (After painstaking shopping ours are almost $70 each.) This conversion kit installs in seconds and allows you use to any 3/8 inch wheel, available everywhere for under $5.
The kit includes two aluminum-bronze bushings custom fabricated to act as reducers. Simply remove the existing wheel and pin. Insert the bushings into the holes used by the pin, then pop in the stainless steel 3/8" axle. Use any 3/8" wheel of your choice, then secure using the provided stainless steel washers and lock nut.
It's no more difficult replacing the wheel and will pay for itself -- and then some -- with the first replacement.
All components have been chosen for their strength and resistance to corrosion.
In addition to the kit you'll need one of the stainless axles listed. Just select the length to fit the width of your bow roller.
